2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to book Services independently. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information — inaccurate information may delay or invalidate a visa application or booking.

3. Tour Bookings, Pricing & Availability

• Prices quoted on the Site are estimates and are confirmed once your itinerary, travel dates, and group size are finalized with our travel consultants.
• Availability of tours, flights, and hotels is subject to change and is not guaranteed until deposit/payment is confirmed.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or informational errors on the Site at any time.

4. Visa & E-Visa Services

• Processing times provided are estimates based on our experience with consulates/immigration authorities and are not guaranteed, as they depend on government processing speed, holidays, or unexpected delays.
• No guarantee of results: Use of our Service does not guarantee you will obtain a visa or be permitted entry. Final decisions rest entirely with the relevant government authority.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the passport, identity, and travel information you submit. Errors caused by inaccurate information you provided are your responsibility.
• Upon receiving your visa result, flight tickets, hotel vouchers, or itinerary, it is your responsibility to immediately check all details and notify us of any discrepancy before departure.

5. Payment

We accept international bank/wire transfer, and payment/cash at our office in Ho Chi Minh City. You agree to pay all applicable service fees and any government/consular fees associated with your booking. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or travel documents;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including circumventing immigration law;
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or performance of the Site.

7. Third-Party Providers

Fulfilling your booking may require sharing information with airlines, hotels, insurance providers, local tour operators, and consulates/embassies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or service quality of these independent third parties, though we will assist in resolving issues where possible.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, itineraries) is owned by Golden Smile Travel or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from Site content without our written permission.

9. Advertising

We advertise our Services via Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, including to audiences in the United States and Canada. Any promotional offer or discount is subject to the specific terms disclosed with that offer, in addition to these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Golden Smile Travel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid to Golden Smile Travel for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for visa denial, flight/travel disruption, or losses caused by third parties (airlines, hotels, consulates) or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

11. Communications

By using the Service, you consent to receive communications from us electronically — email, SMS, WhatsApp, Zalo, or WeChat — regarding your bookings, updates, and (with your consent) promotional offers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This does not limit any non-waivable consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The 'Last updated' date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
