• Travel documents: passport number, issue/expiry date, place of issue, passport photo

• Travel details: arrival/departure dates, flight details, hotel bookings, reason for travel

• Family/professional info: family member names, occupation, employer (where required by a visa application)

• Payment data: processed securely by our banking/payment partners; we do not store full card numbers

b) Information collected automatically:

• IP address, browser type, device type, operating system

• Pages viewed, time on page, referring URL, clicks

• Cookies, the Google Ads tag/Google Analytics, and the Meta Pixel, used to measure and improve our ad campaigns

c) Information from advertising platforms: when you click through from a Google or Facebook/Instagram ad, we may receive ad-interaction data from those platforms.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide Services: processing visa/e-visa applications, booking tours, flights, hotels, and travel insurance
• Communication: sending booking confirmations, application status updates, and responding to inquiries via email/WhatsApp/Zalo/WeChat
• Customer support: troubleshooting and assisting with documentation
• Legal compliance: sharing required information with embassies/consulates/immigration authorities to obtain your requested travel documents
• Advertising: measuring and improving our Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, including conversion tracking and remarketing to past visitors

• Advertising platforms: Google and Meta, in aggregated/hashed form for ad measurement and targeting, per their own terms
• Business transfers: if Golden Smile Travel undergoes a merger or acquisition, data may transfer as part of that transaction

5. International Data Transfers

Golden Smile Travel is based in Vietnam. Because we coordinate travel and visas abroad, your data may be transferred to and processed in Vietnam and in the destination country's embassy/partner network, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. We take reasonable steps to keep your data secure during these transfers.

6. Data Retention & Security

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Services and meet legal/accounting obligations, and we apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

General rights (all visitors): access or correct your data, request deletion (subject to legal retention needs), and opt out of marketing at any time via the 'unsubscribe' link or by contacting us.
